The Nowgem Craftsmanship Warranty
Every Nowgem Jewellers creation is accompanied by a comprehensive warranty protecting against manufacturing defects. If you suspect a structural fault in your jewellery, please contact us immediately for an assessment. Upon inspection, if a manufacturing defect is identified, we will repair or replace the item entirely at our discretion.
- Warranty Exclusions: This guarantee does not extend to normal wear and tear, accidental impact damage, gemstone chipping, or any modifications, resizing, or repairs conducted by third-party jewellers.
Returns & Exchanges
- Bespoke & Customised Jewellery: The bespoke journey is an intimate collaboration resulting in a piece uniquely tailored to your vision, measurements, and gemstone preferences. Because of this deep personalization, all bespoke, engraved, or modified items are considered final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.
- Standard Curated Collections: We want you to be entirely captivated by your purchase. If a ready-to-wear piece does not meet your expectations, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The jewellery must remain completely unworn, in its pristine original condition, and be returned alongside all original packaging, documentation, and independent gemstone certifications.
