Production & Dispatch Timelines
- Bespoke Creations: True craftsmanship takes time. Because each bespoke piece is meticulously hand-forged and set to your exact specifications in our Sri Lankan workshop, please allow a dedicated 6 to 8 weeks for production prior to dispatch.
- Curated Collections: Ready-to-wear pieces from our signature collections are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
The Delivery Experience
- Fully Insured Transit: Every Nowgem parcel is comprehensively insured from the moment it leaves our workshop until it is safely in your hands, offering you complete peace of mind.
- Direct Signature Required: To uphold our rigorous security standards, all deliveries require a direct signature upon receipt. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
- Real-Time Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a secure tracking number, allowing you to trace your jewellery’s global journey.
